Attending the symposium and related events:

  • GOSA members: R3 200 registration fee per person (includes attending of evening functions)
  • Non-members: R4 500 registration fee per person (includes attending of evening functions)
  • Spouse/partner not registered for the Symposium: R1 400 per person to only attend the evening function(s)
  • Ladies Programme: R1 600 per person (evening functions excluded – please register additionally for the evening functions) All the above fees include lunch on 24 and 25 March 2025
  • Sponsorships do not automatically include registration fees – details are specified on the sponsorship form
  • Registration closes on 6 March 2026 or when we are fully booked – whichever comes first.

INVOICING


Please use your invoice number as reference when making the payment. The paid-up members list will apply as guideline for invoicing according to the tariffs for members and non-members. Please send your proof of payment on or before the due date on your invoice to accounts@grainorgsa.co.za / info@grainorgsa.co.za to confirm your booking. No refunds for cancellations will apply after registrations close on 6 March 2026.

Invoicing for registrations after 12 December 2025, will commence from 6 January 2026 after successful submission of the registration form. If you have any queries regarding the registration form, please send an email to info@grainorgsa.co.za.
